CREDIT CARD ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Credit Cards are accepted only for orders totaling $200 or less including shipping
So that we may process your order and payment the following documentation MUST be provided via US Mail, Email or Facsimile:
#1 Copy of the front and back of the credit card being used for the purchase
#2 Copy of the front of your state issued drivers license
#3 Signed copy of our credit card charge authorization form (Found at our website "InternationalLiquidators.com")
Credit Card charge requests that do not include this documentation or that are illegible WILL NOT be processed;
Merchandise will be shipped ONLY to the address on file with the Credit Card Company or Bank;
NO SHIPPING TO: P.O. Box, Military Mail Box, APO's or FPO's, Merchandise is shipped ONLY to Commercial or Residential Physical Addresses;
You may be required to contact your bank to confirm that our charge is authorized.
* Credit Card Payments WILL NOT be accepted from NEW users, users with private feedback, users with less than 25 buyer feedback and less than 100% positive rating (false positives are considered negative feedback) or any user with suspicious activity, in these cases only Check, Cashiers Check or Money Order will be accepted.
** Credit Card payments require buyers to confirm their identity.
*** We reserve the right to refuse to process any credit card payment.
SHIPPING
Shipping cost information can be found in the "Additional Information" section "Estimated Shipping" area;
"Actual Costs" offerings are charged actual shipping costs calculated using the recipient's ship to zip code;
"Fixed Price" offerings are shipped for a Fixed amount anywhere in the Lower 48 States except P.O. Box, Military Mail Box, APO's or FPO's;
"Free Shipping" offerings are shipped Free anywhere in the Lower 48 States, applicable only when purchased with "Buy It Now" except P.O. Box, Military Mail Box, APO's or FPO's;
Local Pick Up is NOT available;
All Sales Tax, VAT and/or Duties are the responsibility of the buyer and/or their agents;
NO SHIPPING TO: P.O. Box, Military Mail Box, APO's or FPO's, Merchandise is shipped ONLY to Commercial or Residential Physical Addresses;
Merchandise WILL NOT be shipped or charged to third party shipping or vendor account(s);
Shipping/Packaging charges are Non-Refundable;
Shipment Insurance available on request and at purchaser's expense, we are not responsible for un-insured shipments;
Multiple orders may be combined into a single shipment provided weight and package size limitations are not exceeded, NOT Applicable for merchandise offered with "Fixed Price" shipping;
Merchandise will be released only after payment is received in full and has cleared our bank;
GROUND SHIPMENTS: Are shipped via a shipper of our choice, Under Special Circumstances orders may be shipped via an alternative method, Please contact us if an alternative shipping method is required;
FREIGHT SHIPMENTS: Purchaser responsible for choosing a freight transportation company, contracting with and making payment for insurance and/or services which may include pallets and/or crating of merchandise to be shipped.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ALL SALES FINAL NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, Under Any Circumstances; and
Your purchase, bid or offer confirms that you have fully read, understood and agree to all terms; and
We reserve the right to cancel bids from new users, users with bid retractions, users with negative feedback and/or false positives, users with private feedback and any user with suspicious activity without notice; and
We do our best to accurately describe all merchandise offered however; we are not responsible for typographical errors. We have attempted to provide accurate information and descriptions of the chattel to be sold. However we do not represent, warrant or insure the accuracy of the information. Bidders must rely on their own independent evaluation and all bids, offers or purchases submitted shall be based solely upon such evaluation; and
Merchandise purchased from International Liquidators Company herein referred to as ILC may be used and/or returns and are sold in the condition received (i.e. As Is) by ILC. ILC makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the merchandise (including, but not limited to; implied warranties of merchantability and fitness) and disclaims any liability that may arise from the use of purchased items. Merchandise may be covered under original factory warranty, in which case it is recommended that the purchaser contact the manufacturer directly if problems are experienced with merchandise purchased from ILC; and
Bidding contractually obligates Bidder to pay ALL Reasonable Fees associated with collection of payment(s); and
By committing to purchase, making an offer or placing bids you agree to all terms as described and those found at our website "InternationalLiquidators.com"; and
Payment Due: Within seven (7) calendar days from sale date in full and in US Dollars, applies to U.S. and International orders; and
Payment Clearance Time: Checks and Money Orders require time for clearance as determined by our bank; and
PAYMENT FAILURE
Merchandise will be forfeited;
Future bids may be canceled;
Auction company(s) alerted of Non-Paying users;
Negative feedback will be left;
A 25% Restocking fee will apply;
Returned Checks, Bounced Payments or Chargeback’s will be subject to a $30.00 charge and will be forwarded to our legal team and law enforcement.
All transactions deemed by ILC to be fraudulent are forwarded to our legal team, applicable local, state and federal law enforcement agencies and will be pursued both civilly and criminally.
